When we heal our hearts and commit to loving boundaries, we create the environment for our hearts to open. When this happens, we can begin to live a life guided by love and our deep inner knowing, instead of one limited by fear. In today’s guided heart chakra breathwork, you’re going to really feel the effects of all the progress you’ve made so far this month, completing each of the daily practices and exercises. The goal is not perfection. You may still feel guarded against life and fearful about love. That’s ok. There’s no hurry.
