Many years ago, when I started my first blog, I launched with a weekly series of Comfort Zone Challenges. I went zip lining to face my fear of heights, slid into the DMs of a crush, and explored consciously connecting to my sexuality. These challenges put me on a direct trajectory to where I am today.
Challenges hold a dear space in my heart. They can push us to grow in ways we simply didn’t think were possible before, but in allowing the Sensual Reset Challenge to flow through me, I’m finding that I’m capturing not a “challenge” but something so soft, precious, and alive. This challenge has a soul to it, like no other I’ve created before. I can tell I’ll be in awe by the end.
If you can’t tell by my writing, I’m creating the challenge as it’s unfolding. I’ll hopefully be ahead of my production schedule soon, but I kinda like the activity and how it’s challenging the way I create. I have to use all my tools to center, ground, and come into my own body so that the teachings can flow. It’s showing me I’m ready for the “big leagues.” So, in a way, we’re both doing a challenge this month 😉

The Practice That Fuels My Day
In the Day 1 and Day 2 exercises, you’ve received a little combo practice to start your day. Just by completing the sensual breath and greeting the body practice daily, you’ll be improving your mood and mental agility. But if you really wanna know the bread and butter of my morning routine, it’s this: my Deeper Self practice.
I consider my relationship with my Deeper Self to be the most important relationship in my life. Ever since discovering this aspect of myself in an enlightened moment of realization, I’ve known that this relationship with my Deeper Self would change my life, I just didn’t know just how wild the ride would be. The past few years haven’t been all butterflies and rainbows, but, all throughout, my Deeper Self practice has anchored me and guided me. My intuition and psychic senses have increased and most importantly, I trust my knowing because I’ve cultivated this direct relationship with my Deeper Self.
I’ve also come to “trust the journey” not because the Universe always feels like a safe place, but because I trust my Deeper Self. As you notice, I talk about your Deeper Self as a distinct beingness. It’s not a metaphor for something esoteric. It’s a very real, alive, and responsive part of you that you can access.
And I show you how to access it, through the body and senses. Just as you’ve experienced in the challenge so far, your sense perception and breath can alter your state of consciousness, presence, and connectivity. I’ve created a technique for Accessing Your Deeper Self that uses the body as the gateway, rather than the mind. In fact, the more you try to quiet your mind, the harder you mentally tense and prevent the connection.
This meditation practice is my personal daily practice. It’s as essential as brushing my teeth in the morning, to me. If I go a day without it, I can really tell. My intuition feels dull. I feel less grounded and clear. And my point of attraction feels off. And so, if I can help it, I don’t go a day without doing it.
