If you've been living in survival mode or dealing with PTSD/CPTSD from abusive relationships and high-stress environments, your body is not feeling safe. And when the body is not feeling safe, we become habituated to fearful states. Mentally, this begins to feel like a prison. Fear disconnects us from the guidance of our Deeper Self and creates the illusion of feeling trapped, stuck, and doomed to an unfulfilling life. 

Naturally, we think the best way to exit survival mode is to attack our stressors and manage our trauma response. However, without a foundation of safety and a felt sense of wellbeing our healing initiatives can only take us so far. We must do the work of gradually training our nervous system to feel well again. Safety is a felt sense that you have the power to cultivate from the inside. It doesn't require cooperation from the outside world, but rather an opening to the frequency of Infinite Wellbeing...
