Ok, Goddess. It’s time for some transparency. Last weekend was pretty rough for me. With the eclipse and everything happening in the sky, I know I’m not the only one who went through a major life shake-up. My eclipse experience brought up SO many limiting beliefs and fears…. for the first time, I started to wonder if I should quit my business. Yup, you read that right. I felt so overwhelmed and drained and I didn’t know what I was doing wrong.
I went for a walk on Saturday and it felt like I had stepped into a lower vibrational world and the color drained from the streets. I couldn’t even walk two blocks before I started crying. I remember thinking, “Did this street always look so depressing? Has my life always been this awful? Gosh, I’m such a loser.” This experience was in sharp contrast to the positive and optimistic mindset and reality-filter I’ve cultivated in the past five years.
Looking back, I’m very grateful for that moment of breaking. Even just that walk down the block reminds me of just how important cultivating a positive mindset is.
“Reality” is a mental construct!
However you perceive your world, it’s all totally made up lol. If I walked down that same street again today, I would see it differently because I’ve increased my vibration and have implemented what I’m teaching you in this episode of the Woman Gone Wild Podcast.
