How to Heal Internalized Racism
Now, like with most deeply ingrained patterns, there aren’t any quick fixes to healing. Healing is a multi-layered journey, but I’ve found that when I involve my Pussy and my sexual energy… the healing process is not only accelerated but becomes a lot more enjoyable.
In this episode, you’re going to learn exactly why that is – what’s happening in your brain during self-pleasure that allows for this heightened transformation. And you’ll also receive some suggested practices you can do this week to start healing your internalized racism with self-pleasure.
