Ok, let’s be real. Relationships can go massively wrong when we’re operating from our childhood wounds and trauma. When we’re living from this place of wounding and defense, we spin in cycles of suffering, not really knowing why we keep attracting the same kinds of lovers that, for example, always leave us for someone else or are always disappoint us in some way.
This is because unhealed trauma attracts the same situation again and again, because that’s what our nervous systems feels is safe… I know, it sounds crazy, but our nervous system, although brilliant, isn’t exactly fool-proof.
